Information used to provide the service
Accounts use your name, email address and sign-in credentials. Your company workspace holds the business details, logos, clients, material prices, vehicles, addresses and quotes that authorised members enter. Billing and access records track company subscriptions, invitations and permissions. Support enquiries contain the details you choose to send.
Why it is used and who can access it
We use this information to operate workspaces, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, deliver account emails, respond to support and protect the service. Company membership and roles control workspace access. Platform administrators manage service access and operational support. Only enter client information you are authorised to use. Required account details are needed to sign in; you can browse public examples without an account.
Service providers and overseas processing
Cloudflare hosts the app and its data services. Stripe processes subscription checkout and billing; card details are entered with Stripe rather than stored in your quote workspace. Resend delivers account and invitation emails. Google Maps processes addresses and coordinates when map features are used. These providers may process information outside your country under their own service terms and privacy policies.
The current quote-summary AI feature uses Cloudflare Workers AI for introductory wording; calculated quote figures are assembled by the app. Review generated text before sharing it.
Browser storage and local price estimates
Sign-in uses session cookies. The app uses browser storage for features including display preferences and local workspace/recovery data where applicable. A manual display-currency choice is remembered in this browser. Cloudflare’s approximate country hint suggests a local subscription-price display; it is not a billing-country decision and does not request precise device location. Reference currency rates come from Frankfurter; company quote data is not included in rate requests.
Retention and your requests
Workspace, account and operational records are retained to provide the service and support billing, security and recovery. Archiving a record does not permanently delete it. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion; we may need to verify your identity and authority for the company. We will explain any records that must be retained for legal, billing or security reasons and any backup limitations. Keep your own copies of important quotes.
