- Your brand. A useful part of their working day.
- Offer a branded customer portal at no subscription cost to your invited customers. They can work out materials, delivery and margin, then send a professional quote to their own client.
- Update your prices once, not customer by customer.
- Publish product and price-list updates in one place. Customers can use their current assigned rates for new quotes, without you sending replacement spreadsheets or calling everyone individually.
- The right rate for each relationship.
- Use shared trade lists and negotiated customer rates. Each customer sees only their assigned prices—not another customer’s deal.

MORE VALUE BETWEEN ORDERS
Give customers more than a price list.
A contractor needs more than the price of aggregate to quote a job. Your portal gives them a place to combine your products with their own truck costs, delivery allowances and margin.
Your business stays visible while they prepare their next customer quote. They get a practical tool; you spend less time resending spreadsheets and answering routine pricing questions.
- 01
Set up your brand and products
Add your logo, colours, product codes, density and customer-facing selling rates. Keep your private purchase costs separate.
- 02
Invite customers and assign their prices
Use reusable trade lists and negotiated overrides. Set prices before they accept the invitation, so the right rates are ready when they start.
- 03
Publish updates in one place
Publish immediately or schedule a price change. New selections use the current checked rates; customers review changes before updating an existing draft.
Your portal. Their customer relationship.
The customer sees your branding in the portal. The quote they send to their own client carries their company name and logo. Their clients, delivery costs, profit margins and saved quotes stay private from the supplier.
Agreed prices, not a public rate sheet.
Each customer sees only their resolved prices. A missing rate prompts them to request a price; it is not treated as free material. Updating a shared trade list does not expose anyone else’s negotiated deal.

SUPPLIER QUESTIONS
Clear expectations from the start.
Do our customers pay to use the portal?
You pay the supplier platform subscription. Your invited customers do not need their own paid subscription while their company has active sponsored access. They sign in with individual verified accounts; the included allowance is 25 customer companies.
Can each customer have a different product price?
Yes. Use shared price lists and customer-specific overrides. Standard rates are used only where you explicitly permit them. Each customer receives their own resolved prices, not your complete list of customer agreements.
Does publishing a price change update every old quote?
No. Current rates become available for new product selections. Customers explicitly review and apply changes to existing drafts. Saved quotes retain their original figures. Publishing does not send a price-change email to every customer.
Can we import our existing product list?
Yes. Import a CSV with product code, name, density, standard rate and availability. Review it before publication, then assign trade lists or negotiated rates. The current catalogue supports up to 100 products and 25 reusable price lists.
Does white-label access include our own domain and email sender?
The portal uses your business branding and a supplier-specific CartageHQ URL. Supplier-owned domains and email senders need ownership verification and separate configuration; do not assume they are included or already enabled. Discuss your requirements with us.
What if we only want to calculate our own cartage quotes?
The standard quoting app is designed for your own company and team. You do not need the supplier platform unless you want to sponsor customer companies.
