FROM JOB DETAILS TO CUSTOMER-READY

Less spreadsheet work.
More confidence in the number.

A delivery price is more than tonnes × material rate. CartageHQ keeps the parts together, so the return journey or a partial load doesn’t disappear from your quote.

Delivery assumptions & terms

Aggregate supply and delivery to the agreed site. Subject to suitable truck access and confirmation of material availability.

Supply is based on actual quantity. Each dispatched trip is charged in full, including partial final loads. Different commodities are transported separately.

Don’t leave the return trip out.

Allow for return trips, loading, unloading, stops and extra kilometres—not just the distance from A to B.

Protect the margin you intended.

Compare vehicle payloads, add multiple commodities and allow for contingency before setting your selling price.

Stop rebuilding the same quote.

Reuse saved material prices, vehicles, clients and locations. Keep your team working from the same company information.

LESS ADMIN. MORE TIME FOR THE JOB.

What would ten minutes
back per quote mean?

Try your own assumptions. This is an illustration, not a measured customer result or a promise of savings.

STANDARD PLAN · YOUR COMPANY & TEAM

Simple pricing.
No annual commitment.

Start with one user. Add colleagues to the same company workspace as your team grows.

Subscriptions are billed in USD. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Each company sets its own quote currency, country and tax rate. Job quantities stay metric (tonnes, m³ and kilometres). Country defaults are starting points to review, not automatic tax compliance.

Ask a question

BEFORE YOU START

A few useful details.

What does a cartage and supply quote include?

Start with the actual material quantity and unit price. Add every charged truck trip, including the return journey, loading and unloading, then any job allowances and contingency. Set your selling price or margin and apply your reviewed tax settings. Read the worked cartage-cost guide.

Can I quote in my own currency and tax?

Yes. Each company chooses its own quote currency, country, tax label and rate. You can review tax exceptions on an individual quote. Currency changes do not convert existing price numbers. The app uses metric units and one tax rate on the combined selling price; it does not determine local tax obligations or file returns.

What do I need to get started?

Your material prices, truck payload and hourly rate, usual handling time, and company details. You can add a logo and reuse clients and locations. Start with a blank quote or explore the fictional sample above—your customer data is not used in public examples.

When will my card be charged?

The planned trial lasts seven days and requires a card in Stripe Checkout. Stripe shows the trial end and first charge before confirmation. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a subscription charge. After that, billing is monthly.

Can my team use the same company information?

Yes. Company members share clients, material prices, vehicles, locations and quotes. Owners manage invitations and roles. Each person signs in with their own verified account; saved quote versions retain the prices used at the time.

Does CartageHQ decide what I should charge?

No. It shows your supply and cartage costs, allowances and contingency. You control your selling price or margin and review the quote before sharing it with a client.

Is the product ready to purchase?

Not yet. Existing preview companies can use shared quoting and invite colleagues within their current user allowance. New subscriptions are disabled while remaining billing and launch checks are completed. Contact us to discuss early access or a demonstration.
