CartageHQ is business quoting software provided by Kiwi Digital Ltd. These terms describe the current preview. Public paid signup remains closed until launch checks are complete.

Your company and its data

Use the service only for lawful business purposes and information you are authorised to manage. Each team member should use their own account. Keep credentials private and ask the company owner to manage invitations and access. Your company retains responsibility for its entered content and customer communications.

Review quotes before sending them

CartageHQ calculates from your inputs; it does not guarantee profitability, delivery times, legal payloads, map suitability or material availability. Check prices, quantities, route conditions, vehicle capacity, margin and tax before issuing a quote. Country tax starting points are not tax advice. You decide registration, exemptions, rates and the correct customer treatment. Metric units remain in use; a quote is not a tax filing or an accounting invoice.

Pricing and subscriptions

The standard advertised plan is US$19/month including one user, plus US$3.50/month per additional user, before applicable tax. Subscription checkout uses USD and Stripe-calculated tax; local currency displays are estimates, and bank conversion or fees may differ. Company quote tax settings do not affect subscription tax.

When checkout is available, it shows the trial end, first payment, user count and applicable tax before confirmation. The standard trial is seven days and requires a card. Cancel before it ends to avoid the subscription charge. Paid cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period. No annual commitment is required. Contact us about billing or refund requests; these terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.

Preview availability and support

Features can change during preview, and uninterrupted availability is not promised. Keep exports of important records. Demo and landing examples are fictional and must not be used as supplier quotations. Do not attempt to access other companies’ data, bypass access controls or abuse the service.
